Success for BBTAP at the NC State Fair!

Blue Bloods Thoroughbred Adoption and Placement attended the North Carolina State Fair, October 20th through the 22nd representing the thoroughbred breed in the "Parade of Breeds" and the "Alley of Breeds Section."

Dressing in silks on Monday and Wednesday, OTTB Second Mortgage owned by Susan Flood and family, represented the thoroughbred as a racehorse. On Tuesday 4 year old OTTB, Big Black Boots represented the off the track thoroughbred in the hunt seat discipline. Each day was filled with opportunities to educate the public about the thoroughbred as a racehorse and their future after life at the track.

BBTAP would like to thank the North Carolina Thoroughbred Association for their support and for giving us a chance to represent the thoroughbred in our community.  Below is a gallery of photos and highlights of the thoroughbred at the NC State Fair.
